Dim Sum Terrace
Honestly surprised about the reviews here. Absolutely phenomenal food. It’s a bit too expensive in my opinion. I had the wild mushroom starters, the wagyu noodles and the matcha creme brûlée with lychee perls. The drinks were great too! Beautiful decor on the terrace. It was all perfect - to the extend that I kept thinking back about what I just ate a couple hours later and felt happy again - and I’m a very picky person.

Pricey and food tastes like it was frozen especially the shrimp dim sum. Restaurant was completely empty and I could see why if I’m honest. Please improve the quality of food if you’d like to justify the price point by a means other than just being in Harrods which in itself isn’t a justification rather a detractor as there are so many better food options within the same building. Just get a chicken sandwich at the rotisserie stall downstairs if you want something to actually taste like how much it costs.

Celebrated dad's birthday at Dimsum Terrace last week. Outstanding experience with excellent service, delicious food, and a delightful surprise: green tea creme brulee. Eagerly anticipating my next visit!

I can only give a star for the setting as it is nice on the terrace. However the food was awful. The boa buns had no fillings and were just pure stodge. The rice was £19 and was not tasty. The chicken gyoza was also as mediocre as it gets. The only thing that was ok was the crispy chicken. For lunch with just 2 beers the bill was nearly £100. Felt like a waste of money.

I recently dined at this dim sum restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by their diverse and delicious vegetarian options. The flavors were fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I'll definitely be a regular visitor!

Great food but the service was abysmal. Service took far too long for the total of 5 people they had seated with the 10 service staff they had working that day.

Hit and miss.Some food items were good others were disappointing.. a spring roll is only half a piece ..Service way too slow.Waguy soup amazing.Menu lacking other basics such as other noodle options.
