Butterfly beauty

I feel this review needs putting up as you seem to condone the work that Mal-Bet Beauty offers from within your salon to customers. Seen as she works from within your premises I feel you’re just as responsible for allowing an unfriendly, unprofessional, unreasonable and frankly horrible woman work from there. People need to be aware not to book in with her as she will pretend to not receive text messages from people trying to book appointments, she pretends to not get messages when customers call and so I’d seriously reconsider the room you rent to her as she will drag your business to the ground if the reviews on her page are anything to go by.

Bought a Groupon voucher (valid for 3 months) for gel fingers and toes as a treat for my honeymoon...tried to book appt for 3 months and couldn’t get through...no one answers the phone or responds to voicemail messages. Voucher now expired. Total waste of money.

One of the Best massages I have had, must see ladies at Butterfly beauty just visiting area for break away at hotel seen kadie for back neck and shoulder massage, she was lovely ,have back issues talked through, and she was brilliant feels so good recommend her ladies, if near here again will be back. Thank you for fitting me in xxx.

I've always had a great experience at Butterfly Beauty and this visit didn't disappoint either. It's a small enterprise but staff are so warm and welcoming and the hot stone massage is brilliant. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Very rude, abrupt and stuck up lady. The business called 30mins before the appointment to cancel the appointment. Asked for an alternative date, no appointments available, Ms gobby rudely said Ask groupon for a refund" don't worry I DID and won't be using you again !!"

Bought a Groupon voucher for gel nails (hands and feet). I had some difficulties finding the place initially so was a bit late to the appt. However the girl who did my nails (sorry didn't catch her name) was really efficient and did a lovely job of them. It's a cute little salon. My only constructive feedback is they do need a better telephone answering service as it's probably having them business it going to voicemail all the time.

I bought a Groupon voucher for manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately the manicure started to come off on the edges after not even a week. Also the station which the lady done my nails was very filthy and dirty. The uv nail lamp when I put my hands in had finger prints from previous visit.I would not recommend.

Lovely staff and great treatments in a very relaxed atmosphere, would definitely recommend
