Very helpful and friendly staff and good selection of footwear

Excellent shoes but expensive

Brought my friends baby in for a measure, and bought her first pair of shoes for Christmas. Staff were brilliant with her and understood what we wanted. She has a disability and this didn’t stop us walking out with something as they were able to work around this!

Not enough staff present to deal with demand. Such bad business sense, deichman down the corridor had more than enough staff on and was happy to help straight away

I've found the shoes and boots are a very good fit as they sell wide fittings and the staff are very helpful also they measured my grandson who is year and nine months for some trainers in which we got as he likes the lights on the bottom flashing when he walks.

Bought my boys shoes here for 16 years. Staff are lovely and really good with kids. Always a warm, friendly welcome x

Special thanks to the staff at the Hartlepool branch. Less than a week ago I bought my daughters first pair of shoes at a different branch and straight away they didn’t seem to fit properly. Re-measured and exchanged with no hassle and they were lovely with my little girl as well.

Great place for shoes! This shop of course sells Clarks shoes, so quality is assured. My wife was delighted to find they stock half-sizes and have plenty of stock even in the small sizes.We found the staff excellent. Nothing was a problem and plenty of shoes were available. When the choice came down to wanting a size smaller than stocked in a boot anticipated to have the required wide fit in a small size (pretty tricky) it was no problem to have them ordered in. We were contacted when they arrived and were delighted that they were perfect.Throughout we found the staff to be quite dedicated to finding exactly what was needed. This is a great way to do business.

Sale on boots unfortunately didn't have what I wanted but some good discounts
