Had fantastic service from start to finish above and beyond what we expected.RPMS - Firstly communication - GREAT - arrived to look at job at appointed time and date as agreed, no big sales pitch just gave us the facts and options on units. QUOTE arrived quickly, not the cheapest we had, but not the most expensive either and at end of job we really felt value for money and top quality product. Our queries / questions were answered in plain talk, even if some questions seemed dumb! FITTING - we had 4 a/ c units inside and two outside, ALL sited exactly where we wanted, very neat and no messy walls afterwards. Fitters who arrived at time said on date agreed. Nothing was a problem and had sense of humour! Our choice to go for highest specification units and not been disappointed at all. By far exceeded our expectation in performance. Our units are Dailkin really really quiet A/c unit’s and not huge ugly box very discreet. Really can feel the system working within five mins.I don’t do reviews usually but this local firm exceeded our expectations, before and after sales. Before anyone asks -I am not related in any way friend or family or anything, just VERY happy customer and delighted we went with local firm We WILL be using to fit more units when we finish our building work.Ps - The cheapest quote was from nationwide UK firm who dont come out to view job???

After moving into a new build, we had no idea how hot it would be. We decided air conditioning was a must. We saw the showroom in town, arranged an appointment and selected our units at a time that suited us.The whole process was simplistic and hassle free. Our Daikin units are now installed, they look so neat and tidy & they’re a lot quieter than the fan we had. There’s also a fantastic easy to use app with full demo from the team. We can now sleep at night. Highly recommend RPMS Air Conditioning.

Adrian and Steff installed our air conditioning in September, they were very knowledgeable and provided really clear options and honest advice. We opted for 4 individual ducted units in our loft for the bedrooms, with a condenser outside.We’re delighted with the install, very neat both externally and in the loft, and really great kit, very easy to use, really quiet and very effective. The guys kept us updated on progress and even scheduled the work to minimise noise during our little ones naps.We’ll be using RPMS for our downstairs air con in the future.Thanks guys!

We wanted air conditioning as we could only see the summers getting warmer year on year but we also wanted heat in the winter to supplement our under floor heating. We wished for the units to be quite while running as two of the three internal units were in bedrooms and we wanted all of them connected to one external unit.Adrian and Steff pointed us in the direction of Daiken. It was great that they have a showroom to see the units and hear them in action.The installation and external connections are very neat and tidy and we were consulted all the way though the installation to make sure we were happy about the position of everything.We are very happy customers and would highly recommed RPMS for having a showroom, excellent product knowledge, ease of order,tidy clean installation, good timely communication with us and a very competitive price.

From the initial contact, I knew that I had made the right choice of contractor for installing air conditioning in our home. Great communication, on-time survey and fully detailed quote received. A visit to the showroom was extremely worthwhile, and helped us justify choosing the Daikin Stylish units. The install took place as scheduled, everything went to plan, and we now have an extremely neat system just in time for the second wave of summer! Adrian and Steff take pride in their work, and treat the customer's property with respect, resulting in a top quality install at a very reasonable price. Excellent service and extremely accommodating in terms of fitting us the air con unit within a week of first contact. The job was carried out professionally and very tidy with no mess etc. Very impressed all round - great guys and would highly recommend.

Steff & Ady were absolutely fantastic when installing my aircon unit for my salon.They are very friendly guys and very accommodating even though they are super busy. My aircon unit does both cold and hot air which is perfect for all year round. Would definitely recommend!
