Excellent service from a group of absolutely lovely blokes. Went in with a major problem with my ebike and left within an hour and a half with the problem solved, new parts installed and not charged a single penny becuase of the generous warranty policy.

Update: after contacting bosch they advised to return to shop and ask for a goodwill case to be raised which resulted in a offer of a half priced motor which was fitted for free by the shop, so far so good so thankyou,Staff are ok, but I cannot recommend the Bosch motors. Brought a new bike in 2020 costing £2000 for pleasure purposes 3 years later and having only done around 500 miles the motor is caput showing error 500 and needs replacing at a cost of £700 apparently it is a known fault.

Very good cycle shop rang them today for a jockey wheel for my derailleur and within 10 minutes they had found me one highly recommended and staff are really friendly and helpful

We had two electric assist bikes and one mountain bike serviced recently and the difference to the ride was amazing. I like to use low assist as much as possible but it was getting really difficult to even pedal fast on flat rides. Today I went on a mixed flat, hilly ride and used low assist for the majority of the ride; it was heavenly, just like when my bike was new. Thanks guys for a super quick service with a smile.
