Easingwold Dental Care

Using 111 i was given an emergency appointment with this Dentist. The receptionist called and we had a chat about what i may need. She was so understanding, and she made me feel like i really mattered to them. She squeezed me in that very afternoon with Donn the dentist.Its hard to sum up just how much i appreciate Donn. He made me feel so at ease, listen to me nervously rabbiting on and never seemed to want to hurry me. Its been a long time since i visited a dentist and Donn has undone many years of needless worry. So professional, so calm and understanding.Trust in your dentist is paramount, and in such a short time i felt such a high level of trust.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist but since I have been seeing Kiki my whole outlook has changed. I feel relaxed and at every stage in the appointment she explains what she is doing and why. I would certainly recommend this practice to anyone especially those who like me are a little nervous. Excellent practice.

I have been a patient of Kiki’s for over 6 x years at Easingwold Dental Practice. It seems an odd thing to say, but I always enjoy going… The team there are a breath of fresh air.They make me feel comfortable, genuinely care, go above and beyond, explain everything, and really make it the best experienceThis week I visited for some major work for me and will return in a month to complete it. I was in for some time but Kika and Judith put me at ease, explained exactly what was happening, how it may feel, didn’t make me feel rushed, in fact I felt like their most valued patient that day. They chatted during the treatment with me and to each other which kept me entertained, calm and took my mind off the procedure.I highly recommend them as a dental team and am looking forward to seeing them again in a month. Having recently registered, I have just attended my first appointment for the repair of a large filling. Throughout the whole process Kika explained all that was taking place. Her manner and personality made me feel completely relaxed. Having always felt an amount of trepidation with my previous visits to a dentist this is something I have not experienced before. The other staff also were friendly and efficient. No more reluctance to go to the dentist!!
