Brilliant company. Cheapest quote we received. Excellent customer service throughout. Installation was quicker than expected. Dan and Nick did an awesome job. Very pleased. Highly Recommended!

We contacted BWM regarding a lantern, to either replace the existing or design a new one. First sales manager left, no one informed us. We chased. Surveyor came and stated new design too challenging so not something they could take on, so we agreed and opted to replace existing. We chased, several times. Eventually a new Sales Manager responded, and arranged a visit with surveyor. Only SM turned up, briefest of visits and no contact since, despite again ringing office 2 weeks ago.BWM obviously don’t need or want the Contract. I respect that. However it’s basic common courtesy to inform the Client of that decision. Poor communication throughout. Would not recommend.

After several attempts of trying to get my windows sorted (using the big boys) we were recommended BWM. Cheaper than your cow boy big boys that try to rip you off. ALL the team at BWM are fantastic, the service from start to finish has been superb... Thank you for making our new home even more special. Support your local business and stay away from the big names. You won't be disappointed. Would recommend BWM to anyone... Big shout out to Kevin, you are a star.

We came across BWM Windows after a recommendation from a friend. I spoke to Kevin and found him very informative and personable, resulting in a quick visit to their showroom. We loved the products we saw and so we ordered. The fitting of the floor-to-ceiling glass wall and bi-fold doors in our new home gym has been a game changer. Fitters Kyle, Dave and Dan did the tricky installation for us and not only does the space now look ultra-modern and sleek in the graphite powder coated colour to match the existing windows, but the new addition has also maximized the space. Traditional doors would swing open and take up valuable floor space, but with these bi-fold doors, they fold neatly out of the way against the house giving us full access to the garden. The quality of the doors themselves is outstanding and are very easy to open and close, as each panel glides smoothly on its track. I highly recommend BWM for anyone looking for a fully functional and attractive addition to any room in their home. Truly a professional outfit. Very happy. Will definitely use them again.

BWM fitted our house with new sash windows. Very impressed with the whole process. Sales team were fantastic and price was the best quote we had. Office staff were great and communicated with us through the whole process. Fitters did a wonderful job and our windows look superb. Highly recommend this company brilliant service and price.

They were absolute perfectionists. They also- took down the old blinds and refitted them- flxed my front door - which had been sticking- were really clean and cleaned up everydayI had a small issue after the installation and BWM fixed it in less than 24 hours.They are a great team. Every person I dealt with had complete knowledge of their product and service and they were able to answer my queries first hand. I was kept informed at every step, work was very neat and tidy, completed as promised. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

My first dealings with BWM was to have some panes replaced. There service was excellent and very prompt. I was so pleased that we had BWM return to fit a new composite front door and some internal doors. The lads did an excellent job and the finish was perfect and they cleaned up and disposed of our old doors etc. My daughter has also had BWM to replace her front door. The quality is amazing and the security system is very reassuring. My brother in law had his whole house done and a conservatory and was very happy with everything and the cost was most competitive. I definitely recommend BWM and will always deal with them in future.

We would highly recommend BWM windows ,the staff at the showroom are highly professional and give you all the time in the world to choose exactly what you want ,fittings, glass ,colours etc , but what really impressed me was the shear dedication and pride of the domestic fitters in what they were doing ,every job they were doing (as we had them for 3 different jobs) they took as much pride in doing the work as if it was their own house ! and not one scrap of mess left when they finished , and on top of that .......what a great bunch of boys , WELL DONE BWM so pleased at work done on my house, people knock the door and ask who done the work. and price was spot on .
