Great company when purchasing cab but as soon as you have issues they don't really care won't take responsibility for it so would not recommend to friends or cabbies to go there.

Once upon a time I called it a cow boy's business is changing its tactics for the betterment.3rd Yearly LEVC Taxi service had been booked for 8.30am 10/10/2023.Contrary to my last three consecutive years experience since I had been delivered/handed over my brand new LEVC Taxi on 22 October 2020, when Amarjit, so called the head mechanic of the LEVC used to interfere with the taxi driver's conversation and used to move the goal posts of the terms under the terms of the warranty, in his own term (such as the Auto Stop Switch is not covered under the warranty any more because too many drivers are damaging it regularly).Upon 2022's yearly service, Mr Dali (only a counter attendent person @ LEVC West London) again changed the goal posts of the terms under the terms of the warranty by saying that the wheel chair ramp is not covered under the terms of the warranty because its spring is broken (I can do you a favour and put it right for you but it will cost you £350 due to my personal discount which I refused to go along with).On 10/10/2023 yearly service day was my faithful day when I came across luckily Mr Shersha at the service counter of the LEVC West London (well deserving individual) who took notice of my yearly service requirements whole heartedly including my request to repair the wheel chair ramp and adjust the near side passenger door alignment, which has been put right successfully within the terms of the warranty. Well wishes to Mr Shersha for his attentive approach with the right intentions towards his career.
