Outstanding service today to repair a long standing problem on our family car.Explained thoroughly what they were looking for when it was hooked up to the diagnostics machine, and managed to fit me in for a repair despite being very busy.Helpful and friendly staff from mechanics to front of house.Definitely going to be using this garage for future services.

Travelling from Suffolk our clutch master cylinder went on way to Mercia Marina for weeks holiday. Managed to get car to the Marina on the Friday and phoned Willington garage. Very helpful and managed to fix the very labour intensive issue. They even picked me up to collect the car as raining really hard on collection day. Highly recommended

We needed a very small repair doing in our son’s car to allow him to take his driving test. After using the garage since it opened and having bought the owner drinks in the local pub they wouldn’t even entertain looking at it, in a short timescale. He probably has to cancel his test now that he has waited for 6 months due to the Covid backlog.You won’t get another penny from me.

We do not live in the area so the garage is new to us, our Smart Car broke down with a faulty steering wheel lock. This meant that we could switch off the car but not remove the key, as the key was still in the lock we could not use the spare to key from the outside rendering the car insecure and therfore could be driven off as it would still start. A friend of ours phoned Willington Garage as they are users of it on a regular basis. The garage not only agreed to look at it but in less than an hour had resolved the issue and although we still need a part the car can be secured and driven. A great service with very helpful polite staff with a can do attitude. Thank you very much for your help and assistance.

Had 2 of the worst experiences with this garageBoth members of staff were condersending and quite frankly completely wrongCaused alot of stress and upset.for another garage to be so confused on why they were behaving in this manor and it was never a problem in the first place.Only went for convenience but never againShame they don't care about their local community moreUnfortunately spoke to quite a few people in the village and i was surprised how many people had the same response as me and wouldn't go backEither to expensive or not fixed the problem that was asked to be solved
