Bought many items from this store including wigs and products. Always willing to give advice on what's best suited. Many item products you don't find in usual stores . And so many wigs and hair pieces to choose from .very pleased

Had my weave fitted today and the lady was lovely, did exactly what I wanted and my hair looks so blended with the extensions it's unreal. Will definitely be coming back for a re fit !!

Oh the lady in the shop today was a amazing with my mum who is experiencing hair loss.. she made my mum feel so looked after and even offered to close the shop while my mum tried them on to feel comfortable (my mum refused) but a lovely thought.She gave my mum some tips on how to look after the wigs.My mum walked out so confident.Thank you

Appalling customer service, asked for help and didn't even help me find the product that I wanted instead I had to try and find it myself which took me over 45 minutes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Has not helped me after issues with my extensions only had 7 weeks and looked after only by my hairdresser and they are in such a knotty tangled state when washing where horrendous. Paid 280 for what he said was the best and would last 9-12 months joke

AVOID this place! Sold me knock off hair claiming it was 100% human hair, one wash and the hair turned colour!! There was no warning labels on packaging stating this could happen and was also told at the shop that products COULD be used! The hair was washed with Olaplex, one of the best shampoos!! Went back to request a refund and was told Iam to go to the manufacturer myself! Managers of the market have been emailed and I will be going to trade and standards. Also been made aware this is not the first time a customer has taken hair back with similar issues!!!
