Fantastic service from Stockton Car Centre. I had been looking for a while for a particular Range Rover Evoque (I did find one in another garage but the service was absolutely rubbish! So I didn’t purchase the car).I could not fault the staff here at Stockton Car Sales from my initial call after seeing the car online through to the fabulous after sales care. The staff here are so helpful and really do go above and beyond. They are always happy to answer any questions and my car is amazing! I love it. I would highly recommend this company.

Just want to say how nice and easy buying my first NICE car was! I was very nervous for the change and new commitment but my experience was made super calm and straightforward, painless! I called about the car Tuesday, went to see it Wednesday, came home with the car Thursday!!It is a lovely place to buy your car from, as the owner is very friendly and makes this process comfortable. All the cars on sight are very tidy, fresh and clean. I couldn’t fault my experience!

Red Seat Ibiza iTech 1.2 TSi.I bought the car earlier this month and after getting it home noticed a couple of issues that hadn't been mentioned at point of sale. Also the Sat Nav unit that comes as standard with the car was missing, though in the advert it was listed as a feature.I emailed Sam explaining what had happened and asked what he and the team could do for me. He phoned me as soon as he could to explain what he was going to do to turn the experience around for me. I was refunded where I had spent money for parts, Sam ordered new trim that had been broken and sent an engineer out to fit it for me. He also ordered the Sat Nav unit for me and sent it recorded delivery and even went as far as sending me a new button cell for the spare key as the battery had died.Sam kept in contact via email to let me know what was going on every step of the way, this is so important to a customer experience and it made me feel like I mattered.I bought this car at a difficult time in my life and the after sales care that I have received has certainly made things much easier.I can't recommend Stockton Car Centre enough, please pay them a visit when looking for your next car, you will not be left disappointed.Andrew

This was the best experience I have had at a garage. Rang for viewing got out my car. Guy greeted acknowledged my name said take car for test drive passed keys of mine to him. The car was immaculate and smelt divine. Keys in car waiting for me. Drove like a new car. I knew I wanted it. Felt so right it ticked all the boxes.. We had looked all over the car before we drove off. Back at garage guy gave us no big chat after asking questions went ahead and bought it. Quickest deal so easy paperwork etc. Drove home that day car insured etc. Its still a lovely car small issue of which he is dealing with nothing major. But very accommodating. Highly recommend this company.

Absolutely spot on, rang up had a test drive the day after. Everything sorted in 10 mins max and car was mine. Got the car delivered as I work away, came a few days after sorting finance absolutely spot on, full documents etc. Sam and Nathan lovely genuine guys, don’t add any pressure especially as being a young female buying a car, different experience to other garages/dealers. Would definitely recommend, thanks so much!

I'd never bought a car without actually seeing it before....and of course I had to find one that was literally the opposite end of the country to where I lived....and that's how I found Sam and his staff at Stockton Car Centre. Used car sales probably doesn't have the best reputation BUT I'm glad to go on record and freely state that this company is truly exceptional. From sales, through delivery and into post delivery issues nothing has been toomuch trouble. Prompt and professional from start to finish......and an absolute peach of car to boot.
