Have came here a couple of times before. But today was really terrible. The ice cream given to me was literally melted. Especially the Mint Chocolate Chip, it was on the top and dripping everywhere. The Mango sorbet that I asked for tasted like the ABC sorbet. So I'm not sure whether I got the right sorbet. Wouldn't recommend. Bubble tea is definitely better

Unbelievably rude service from two female employees working on the counter. Not helpful at all, slammed down money after sale and was extremely rude. Pretended they were closed despite serving several customers five minutes later. Seemed to be making comments about us in their own language. Also displaying bad hygiene when serving, didn’t wash hands after touching the bin which got lifted over the ice cream counter… really?

Would leave -1 stars if I could. I scoop of ice cream in my coppeta resulted in something with no shape or taste. Totally disappointed for tge £3 paid. Definitely Chinese bubble tea next time.

Tried strawberry sorbet, kinder and chocolate gelato! Decent gelato in the renshaw food market! Nice vibe in Themis Asian food market

Beautiful little shop, in streets of Liverpool city centre. Variety of gelatos, great taste and they do amazing chocolate’s with whole nuts which are fabulous. They have a chocolate fountain- the only one in Liverpool. Staff is good

Light cheesecake base, something closer to a Japanese cheesecake than an Italian one. Flavour is average, for £6 a piece, I'd wish there's more zest incorporated which would make the cake less bland. Customer service was very subpar, main factor causing the low range review. Saw the server cleaning gelato with a microfibre cloth, and some of that wiped gelato fell back into the tub and she just let it be. Wish I went to the Moi Bakeshop nearby instead.

As a trio, we all fell for the heavenly delight. The chocolate and mint chocolate chip, my favourites, played an indulgent melody on my palate. Granted, it's not the undisputed champ when up against Italy's finest, but it's a darn close contender! Grab your spoon, take a bite and let Antonietta Dolce & Gelato transport you on a sweet Italian escapade.Sorry, was too busy eating my gelato that I completely forgot to take pictures.
