Terrible costumer service, booked on phone my appointment to get an mot , but my car had been slightly crashed . I already told them on the phone and they said they can repair it and do my mot afterwards. When they day of the appointment arrived we went on time . The people working there including the owner they didn’t know i had an appointment. They we’re asking me with who i booked and if i kept a name . None of them had no idea that my car had that issue since there was no communication with the person who took my booking and the owner. Everyone looked so confused that they didn’t know what they are doing. They made us wait 5 hours to tell us that the car had failed the Mot when we already knew that it will happen. They gave us a price and that was all. They didn’t want to help they just wanted the money . We left and never went back . We found an other garage and they told us that on the check they did they MISSED that the wishbone was almost snapped. Very disappointed. Just terrible job and clueless staff.

Great guy always kind and honest can see he is a very hard working man.

Took my 69 reg car in after the local VW garage failed the MOT alignment. Paul picked up the job, stripped it down found some badly repaired previous work and corrected everything. Very friendly and professional service all for a fair price. Fantastic and thankyou.

The garage offers a friendly and professional service with Carl the owner making sure I was kept up to date with the progress of my repairs alongside giving me a car to use whilst they were carried out. He also fitted my MOT in after the repairs at short notice. This is a genuine garage with competitive prices. Would definitely recommend.

On the whole I was fairly impressed with Karman Autocare having booked in for an MOT and full service. Carl was really helpful in explaining what work needed doing and did not advise repairs unnecessarily. What I was quoted was what I paid so really good value for money. I had to 2 wheels changed elsewhere which is fair enough but then there were some other issues I raised to do with a rear fog light replacement and oil cap leak that were just dismissed and not even looked into.

Booked an MOT and Full service 2 months ago given their high ratings but I was totally disappointed. Showed up to a shut garage when it states that they are open at 10am on Sat and was told to drop the car off around then. Waited for 20 mins and still no sign of any person in or around the garage. I now have to sort out my MOT elsewhere. Wouldn't hurt if they returned calls as well considering that it always went to voicemail on their end.

Karman Autocare helped when my MOT with a larger chain company was cancelled last minute. I phoned on the Friday and Carl arranged for me to bring my car in first thing on the Monday. MOT was done in great time and an extra fault checked for me which I am now getting a quote to repair. Carl was fantastic and kindly flexible around my working hours, I will certainly use Karman again!

Booked in a last minute MOT and Service on the same day - they did it that evening and I picked it up the next morning. Really reasonable pricing and lovely guy working there. They also do full body works and paint jobs!

Very friendly staff, I booked in to Karman through clickmechanic for a diagnostic, upon arrival the staff looked over my car and stated that it would need a diesel specialist to have a look at it, he recommended me to a near by garage that was able to help. Karman garage did not charge me for there time. Theres not many garages as trusting and helpful. Would highly recommend.
