As a resident at one of the Abode properties located on East Bond Street since September 2022, I have had an exceptional experience that has far exceeded my expectations.Since I moved in, the staff at Abode has been incredibly responsive. They have gone above and beyond to ensure I feel welcomed and comfortable in my new home. Any concerns or inquiries I have had were promptly addressed, and the level of customer service I have received has been outstanding.The maintenance team at Abode deserves special recognition. They have consistently provided prompt and efficient service whenever I encounter issues with my apartment. Whether it was a minor repair or a larger maintenance request, they have always responded promptly and resolved the matter to my satisfaction. Their professionalism and attention to detail are truly commendable.One aspect that I particularly appreciate about Abode Lettings is the high standard of cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the property. The common areas, including the lobby, hallways, and outdoor spaces, are always impeccably maintained.

Adobe Lettings is the most professional agency I came across since 2011. As a person who has moved 8 times inside Leicester, I must admit that I never used to get treated so nicely as at Adobe Lettings. They listen to you. They explained to you. They are willing to help. From A to Z - all processes are being explained clearly and even if the problem appears suddenly - it gets resolved in the blink of the eye. Without any doubts - Recommended!

My room is really good. It's quite spacious and comes with a big bed. The location is really good as well. About 10 minutes from city centre, 15 minutes from university campus and literally across the road from the train station. Only problem is the kitchen. The kitchen area is really small. Also there are no windows so there's very little ventilation. This means the kitchen can become quite hot when cooking. Overall, I'd give the place a 3/5.

Abode is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are responsive, courteous and truly caring. The environment is always kept neat and tidy and the security guys are very professional and always ready to assist whenever you call on them. Thanks Caz, you are the best!

Lovely place to live. Grounds and buildings regularly kept clean. With regards to the flat itself, I’ve not had any issues with the appliances or furniture. If there is a problem, the Lettings team will solve it promptly.Overall a great place to live with good security.

Amazing customer service and the properties are one of the best in terms of price to quality that you could find in Leicester. I stayed at one of their properties for several months and despite some problems at the beginning the agency was quick to intervene and always very opened with communication, with Caz always (literally) being available to help with anything. Would definitely recommend.
