Stayed at tradewinds cottage in Brixham! Fantastic location! Spotlessly clean! Fantastic communication between myself and hayley from arrival to departure! Was informed by hayley that we had left airpods in the cottage and she was kind enough to arrange to get them posted to us! A totally professional company but still got the personal touch! Look forward to using this company again!

The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped; the dishwasher and washer were a welcome addition. The balcony was surprisingly big - enough space to eat, barbecue and relax together overlooking wonderful views of the cove.The apartment is a short walk from the centre of Brixham via a coastal path which was picturesque and fairly easy to navigate, we saw seals most days either from the path or the apartment. Brixham itself has good restaurants, supermarkets were a short journey away and we were half an hour from Torquay via ferry.Communication with the owners was great, and there is information in the apartment about the area.All in all a relaxing break with plenty to do in lovely surroundings.

We stayed at 5 le Petit Maison and can honestly say we loved it. Perfect location and the attention to detail in the property, was beautiful. We are already talking about coming back next year!

We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable, convenient and good value. Only one glitch, there were no dishwasher tabs

Myself and my daughter have stayed at The Seadog twice now and absolutely loved every minute. The cottage is clean and tidy and has amazing views. It is quiet and peaceful of an evening and a very short walk to all local amenities and the harbour. Fantastic restaurants near by and the local beaches are beautiful. We are due to stay at The Drunken Sailor between Christmas and New Year and are counting down the days. Kate and Jamie are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make your stay memorable and as relaxed as possible.

Perfect location and views from terrace overlooking harbour were amazing. The apartment had everything we needed. A wonderful few days with great weather. Some great places to eat locally. And bought some fresh fish from fish market to bring home.

Although the steps down to the loft are not for the faint hearted, it’s a beautiful little property in a fantastic location. Comfortably furnished, other than the bed in the main bedroom being a bit on the small side (my feet stuck out the end and I’m 6ft) and we didn’t need to use our car all weekend. Had a nightmare with air bnb and the hosts were lovely in sorting things out as well as guiding us to the property as a road was closed!One tiny thing to improve would be to have things like oil, salt & pepper or other condiments, possibly kitchen towel. Just some simple comforts that make life easier. But would thoroughly recommend. We’ve been coming to Brixham for years and this place is ideal.

From the moment we opened the blue gate and first saw the stunning view, we’ve all absolutely loved High Hopes (with kids aged 12 & 11). Fab little cottage in a gorgeous location. Loved the outdoor terrace as well as watching the comings and going’s in the harbour from the lounge bay window too. Very well equipped and communication with the owners was second to none. We took their advice and booked the 2 hour Mackerel Fishing trip through funfishtrips - the kids loved it so much that we booked to go again! Evenings listening to the live music at Breakwater beach was fantastic. The water park at Paignton was good for a 3 hour booking, the Golden Hind was an interesting couple of hours, and the Pitch & Putt at Cayman Golf was enjoyed by us all. We were lucky that the Brixham Battery had an event on - we had a guided tour which was really interesting and the kids were amazed to hear the guns being fired and get inside the various air raid shelters.We had some delicious meals. Our favourites being : brunch at The Curious Kitchen, the Fruits de Mer platter at Simply Fish (awesome seafood), Albero’s (delicious huge pizzas and fabulous service), Miguel’s Tapas, and the food at Rockfish was excellent - with the bonus of sitting outside and watching seals in the harbour! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brixham and High Hopes to my friends.

My husband and I really loved the place. It's really a home away from home with everything we needed. They have provided some basic necessities and a bottle of prosecco as well which was a plus. Our favorite part was the view. The location is a perfect place to unwind and relax. It is also very secure and quiet. Would definitely recommend to my friends and would love to stay here again in the future.

The Observatory which is an English Riviera apartment in Teignmouth was an amazing visit .We visited from the 5th of August to the 8th of August which coincided with the Teignmouth regatta and the Shaldon Carnival.The views from the apartment are truly exceptional and I guess that’s why it’s called the Observatory.Clear blue skies and calm seas as well as a really well thought out apartment with all the mod cons you would expect.In a word “ Outstanding “
