I recently used Ace Paving for some patio works to the rear of a property, from the initial consultation through to completion I found Darren very professional and with all my requirements met. The work was scheduled and although weather bound the completion day was still achieved with a very good quality of finish. The team undertook all agreed works, and even went out of their way to transport additional materials to the property to complete the works. Driving home after just undergoing a c section surgery this van was driving bumper to bumper with my partner who was going slowly over bumps due to the pain I was in. We had a newborn in the car with us, it was also school finishing time. This van proceeded to overtake on the wrong side of the busy road proceeded to speed down Cromwell road where there was loads of children and lollipop man helping children cross. This type of road rage is extremely dangerous and luckily nobody got hurt! This type of driving is extremely reckless and dangerous especially where there are lots of school children around!!!!!

Ace Paving replaced our small patio with a larger one and included the repair of a fence and back gate. The team of 4 did a great job, very quick and tidy. Patio looks great and the reset fence & gate posts are solid. Very happy with the service and friendly guys. Even got a refund on the extra sand and slabs. Would recommend.

30 years experience! Disappointed that the porcelain tiles weren't laid correctly which meant that many needed to be cut! The wrong blade was used as was not suitable to cut porcelain tiles, leaving damaged edges. The artificial grass was laid the wrong way after I had clearly advised Darren the correct way it should be laid but the team had started to cut it! We had bought extra width so that we wouldn't have any cut, disappointingly we ended up with two cuts when the grass was turned the correct way. Darren told me I was being picky!
