Bella Italia - Blackpool Victoria Street
Came here on a busy Sunday night. We had the Garlic dough balls and pizza. The garlic dough balls are nowhere as nice as they used to be. The dipping sauce that comes with it used to be like a thick butter texture now it is like a watery texture and doesn’t really taste garlicky at all. The pizza was nice however after about 7 or 8 minutes it started to go cold, this was mainly due to our pizza’s sitting on the side waiting to be served. Our waiter seemed to disappear, not sure if he finished his shift or something but waiters kept walking past and not checking. I’d say it sat there for a good 8 minutes before it was actually brought over to us by a different waiter.I understand their busy but I think anything longer than 5 minutes standing is ridiculous, I felt like going over and getting it myself. Wouldn’t come back again unless they changed the recipe back for the dough balls as they were the main reason I liked eating at Bella Italia.

Sunday night, they seemed only accepting the customers with pre booking. The staff was kind but lack of staff so we had to wait quite long before started eating. Lasagna and seafood risotto both were great. Lovely interior, spacious shop and relaxing atmosphere.

Made to feel very welcome from when you enter to when you leave. The food is absolutely beautiful. We’ve never had a bad meal or experience yet. We were served by Ziko who made it a relaxing night. He is so polite and seems happy in his work, smiling every time we spoke

Brought my family to dine here. Agatha was amazing very attentive, super smiley and great at putting a little stressed family at ease. Craig the manager was none stop asking everyone how they are. I will be back again. Highly recommended :)

Very slow service, even that it was not that busy. Food was bland and waited at the kitchen window for ages. My daughter's cucumber sticks for her starter came looking very tired. When I returned it, it came back from kitchen again. The cook just turned it around in the bowl! Absolutely disgusting! Have not been for ages and will not return for sure!

We went here for a spot of lunch whilst visiting my daughter in Blackpool. The restaurant is situated on a pedestrian high street so no par but there is parking available nearby.The menu was good with some interesting meals available, there are alcoholic beverages available here as well as soft and hot beverages.The food and service was excellent but the price tag seems a little on the high side for what you actually received.The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was clean and modern.

Bella Italia - Blackpool Victoria Street
Visited while staying in Blackpool for 2 nights and pre-booked our table a few days in advance for 7pm. Arrived on time to be told our table had been taken as a party of 6 had turned up earlier so would be available 'soon'. Stood waiting for about 10 minutes then table became available. Waited on by Daniel, a very friendly & helpful staff member who took our order. The Mushroom Al Forno starters were lovely and arrived hot. Our mains, Lasagne & Pollo Cacciatore were equally as hot and very flavoursome. Apart from the initial problem upon entrance the visit was very much enjoyed and we would visit again. I would recommend to park in the Houndshill carpark if driving here as it is situated right next to Bella so perfect placement. Great food and essentialky hot!
