Brilliant coffee beans and incredible customer service. I bought a coffee machine through Tynemouth during Covid. Paul was extremely helpful in teaching me how to use the machine.

We stumbled upon these guys after running the Great North Run and bought a bag of their Jingling Geordie beans and can confirm they are fantastic! We use them in our Sage Barista Pro and the coffee is smooth and delicious. We'll definitely be buying again.

I had a few questions about the products so I rang them and they were super helpful. My husband loves their coffee. I received the online order super quickly.

My husband went into Tynemouth coffee last weekend to look into getting a new coffee machine for use at home. He had a conversation with Paul who was extremely helpful and very informative. We went back today so that I could meet Paul and have a look at a particular machine. Paul was very knowledgeable and gave pros and cons of a couple of machines and gave us some tips. He was not pushy at all and it just felt very relaxed. We left with a Sage coffee machine and some other little accessories and coffee. Thrilled with the service we received and will be heading back soon for our Barista course. Such a clean and modern roastery too. Thanks Paul!

Recently bought some coffee from Tynemouth Coffee Company as I’m wanting to try many different local coffee brands and support local businesses.First of all, I ordered my coffee at 20 past 2 on a Friday and I record it by 5pm the same day! I know this can’t be guaranteed for all but as I live fairly close (15 mins away from tynemouth itself) they seemed to have delivered it asap. This was a lovely surprise.The 500g pack was much bigger than expected and was well packaged and had a nice little note too which was a nice touch.The coffee itself is fantastic, I bought the rocket fuel selection and it is lovely. It is actually rather strong and kept me motivated throughout the day, guess that explains the name!I also know you can request a variety of grind types and there’s a selection of coffee types with different notes.Highly recommend

Long time user of Tynemouth coffee.. never purchased a bad bag of coffee... Always great and always great customer service.Wednesday this week. We attended a Barista session... Paul was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the session. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding coffee. My go-to is their Black Midden blend. All guests comment on how they love it. Coupled with an enthusiastic and very knowledgeable team of experts this company stands out as well as it’s products. They have a flavour for everyone’s taste and a wonderful range of merchandise that make brilliant presents. Delivery is no problem either. 11/10 every time!

Started using Tynemouth Coffee Company last year and was very impressed with their coffee selection, quality, and delivery service. Today they’ve particularly outdone themselves as I placed my order at 9:22am and it was at my door by 10:15am the same day!We always get the 3 month subscription as once you’ve ordered you can forget about needing to restock for a while or worry about when it is coming to an end, and you also get the free 500g bag!
