Bought 4 steel beam. And they made wrong hole. They didn't look at drawing carefully and we have to spend almost whole day to drill new holes. Also went to store a few times to buy good drill bit. I contact them, they send someone with the drill. But it doesn't help anything. We Paid two worker for 3-4hours to make new holes. And this company don't want to refund anything. We pay for their mistakes. Not good experience.

Excellent Customer Service. Worked with the Engineers, Architect and client without any issues. Visited the site promptly and carried us through the whole process efficiently and professionally.
