Delicious cakes, bakes and coffee.A great wee place with cracking sea views to top it off.Highly recommended.

Hidden Treasure Cafe
We stopped halfway on a walk for coffees and a sandwich sitting outside. Nice espresso. The place was buzzing and the atmosphere was great. Staff were very friendly. This is a regular stopping off point for us if we're walking this way.

Delicious home baked cakes and cafe at the harbour in Johnshaven. The service was excellent . The Cafe has a lovely place to sit and admire the views. If the weather is nice there you can sit outside. There are loads of beautifully presented cakes to choose from.

Hidden Treasure Cafe
What a lovely Hidden Treasure in Johnshaven! The Cafe was toasty warm following the last few days of Babet’s brutality along the east coast of Scotland. I enjoyed a Flat White with a slice of Fruit Loaf and wished I purchased more for later, though most likely it would have been devoured before later. Mary Brennan, proprietor, is a delightful host and baker and as you can see in the photos her baked goods look excellent. I would love to sample them all, which warrants a trip back to Stonehaven!

Nestled away in the quaint fishing town of Johnshaven, hidden treasure tearoom is just as the name would indicate. It is a hidden gem and a must stop on the map of venturing travellers, passing Johnshaven.From what I've gathered, the food is all made freshly on the premises. All of the cakes and bakery treats are baked on premises for sure, and they are majestic. I have had nothing but great experiences in this cafe. The bacon and egg rolls are particularly gratifying, and I can't go a visit without the deluxe hot chocolate.The staff are lovely- always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Delightful small cafe has yummy home baked coconut cake and fresh cream strawberries tarts. Coffee and tea to go with it. Come from Australia, Shovehaven is reminder of home.

Good, friendly service. The soup was good, needed to add in the extra salt provided, but after that it was very tasty. The chicken and bacon sandwich and chocolate orange cake were delicious. Could not allow dogs inside, so had a takeaway, but still very good. Nice cosy atmosphere inside.

Hidden Treasure Cafe
Really happy with our visit to this cafe, we were greeted with a smile and immediately felt welcomed. Both food and drink were delicious and served quickly despite being slightly busy. I recommend the hot chocolate with cream, marshmallows and flake - alongside one mug of it I got some extra on the side which was a bonus!This place truly is a hidden treasure, and hopefully at the next opportunity we will be back! :)
