Good staff here who understand your needs and give great support.. wish all JCP plaves were the same.

Nice staff

I had an unpleasant encounter with the employee—Irina, I believe was her name. She maintained a passive-aggressive tone (and facial expressions) throughout our conversation. I felt humiliated by her regarding the loss of my job, and she belittled me for errors in my job seeker's application. She didn't bother to conceal her annoyance when she waited for me to find some documents in my bag. Perhaps not the most suitable role for her given her apparent disdain for people. I've never come across such an unprofessional attitude in the public sector.

Not the best to have to go, however staff are good
