Job well done! from Minchella Property Services. Was looked after from start to finish and the price was worth it too. Guys left my home clean and tidy everyday. Timekeeping and duration was as promised.Work carried out were as follows 2 x fires removed & chimneys blocked, took 2 gas caps off, 1 new gas run for boiler, carbon monoxide alarm installed and certificate of gas safe, damproofing work in lounge, plastering work done in 2 rooms. I would highly recommend anyone needing such work done. Brilliant service thank you :)

A pleasure to work with from start to finish. Leo changed plans to suit our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and we are delighted with the results. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely have him back if we ever require any further work.

I had underlay, laminate flooring, beading and radiator pipe covers fitted in two bedrooms today and can’t recommend Minchella Property Services highly enough. Professional, friendly, polite, highly skilled - Leo and Ryan did a cracking job, I am over the moon. They really went the extra mile to make sure that the job was perfect and Leo even fixed a wonky wardrobe, tightened my loose bedroom door screws and filled some holes in the bedroom walls for me too. They loaded all of the packaging rubbish straight into my car for me to tip and left the bedrooms spotless, everything cleaned and tidied so thoroughly that the rooms were ready to use immediately once they were finished. They were also punctual and kept me updated on the job throughout. I am so impressed! Thank you Leo and Ryan.

First class service from start to finish. An absolute perfectionist. Continually asked how I thought the job was going throughout. Tidied up to a very high standard every day. Would highly recommend in fact have asked Leo to do another job in our house.

Leo did a fantastic job with the installation of a stone hearth, brick slips and beam. He was very professional, respectful and took care with his work. I am very pleased with the end result. I would definitely recommend Leo.
