Absolutely shocking phone all day asking if my partner has been seen yet and keep saying they can't tell me anything, pity there's no option for 0 stars.

Big court building with helpful staff. It’s court responsibility to provide proper parking facilities for the visitors but it was lacking.

Great hospitality great atmosphere lovey place to spend the weekend before going on holiday to Perth shame about the smoking ban,,, this was wrote in absolute sarcastic mentality, this 9yr ago was when people were dying in cells in bell Street , I had a good couple of kicking from the turn keys, hope the families of people lost get justice, the kind of place they wouldn't even give you a drink of water all weekend

On entering the building a dehumanising/criminalising atmosphere descends.To the left is a security metal detector that you pass through once.You can then exit and enter the building as you please with no further checks(a ludicrous situation).I was instructed to be there for 9:30.The Court starts at 10am.The judge sits for 3hrs breaks for lunch 1pm till 2pm then another 3hrs finishing at 5pm.I sat for a while with no idea what was going on until a trainee solicitor approached and informed me my Solicitor was very busy and asked me some questions.The environment was totally new to me and as such I had no idea of Court procedure but I had expected my solicitor to at least introduce herself as a courtesy.I was hoping to receive a reduced charge but the trainee had spoken with the PF(a young man who constantly preened himself in court)and this had been refused.I decided to speak with him directly but received a unequivocal rejection of that idea you are not allowed to speak to me".He then reported me to a Policeman who subjected me to what can only be described as harassment(PC2223)for intimidating the PF.After lunch which I missed because we walked a short distance to a local eatery but they took so long to prepare the meal we had to return to court unfed.I sat some more

Have tried phoning 3 days 3 times and no one answers, sent 2 emails stating I cannot attend jury duty and still no reply !! Ridiculous service.

Security laves big question marks. I have 2 elbow crutches. Security asked me to emoty my pockets, when I went to put crutches through, they said it was ok. I had on a back pack which they never checked. I could have had a weapon in it but they never checked. Very busy. Witness waiting rooms are very small and no fresh air.

It would seem that this establishment isn't interested in the money from fines. I've tried phoning for the past couple of Fridays as I've lost the letter with details to pay online. It seems that the staff here are incapable of answering phones and I'm not losing another days work and 80 odd quid to get to dundee to speak to someone in person. Then when they freeze m6 bank account it'll be my fault. Great.

Have no shame in letting the phone ring for ages and then picking up and promptly hanging up - can't get through to anyone. Sad to see that we pay for these people's salaries with our taxes but it's so normalised for them to treat us like dirt.
