I used this company to destroy confidential and sensitive papers. Very impressed with this service. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was very reasonably priced. I filled a sackful with papers, sealed it and handed it in to them. There is the option to get a certificate to prove destruction. I can recommend.

We had fantastic service from the beginning with Yeates! The whole team were just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile. The packing service was brilliant and all the boxes were put in the correct rooms, making unpacking an easy job. I would highly recommend Yeates, 10/10.

From the first point of contact with Adam to the final contact with the very polite gentleman collecting the boxes my experience with Yeates has been first class. However, I must particularly commend Wendi who was extremely helpful - my house purchase took a lot longer than expected and Wendi was very kind and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were very polite and helpful. I would certainly recommend Yeates.

Thank you Yeates Team, from start to finish superb customer service with dealing with Adam who arranged the move and was very accommodating as the date change a few times along the way, this helped making it less stressful and very much appreciated. The guys on removal day were very professional and took care of our much loved furniture which is exactly what you need, so no more added hassle just a team making it look easy, thanks guys, would recommend to anyone moving home, Steve and Sami.

Went to the trouble of providing a detailed document with pics of rooms and access, what was needed to be moved. Had a strange response alluding to me being a possible scammer and refused to open the Google document unless I resent it and said no I'm not a scammer!!!! Not as though that would make any difference if I was a scammer. Also ignored previously on a different email sent, strange way to treat a potential customer, will not use nor recommend.

A friendly company who did a superb job of helping us move house, especially as the access to our new house was such a challenge! We never felt for a moment that we were anything other than a highly valued customer who the company genuinely wanted to do a good job for. We would very much recommend them for your next house move.
