Returned quilt to be exchanged for heavier tog, firstly frosty assistant asked for my receipt, proceed to check the bag the quilt was in and said the bag has been opened I said all the quilt bags are open even the one I was replacing it with, the assistant proceeded to pick and exam the bag of the returning quilt, I stated I had only purchased the quilt the previous day the assistant did the exchange without uttering a word throughout the return, disappointing attitude for Mark's and Spencer staff, just because its a outlet standards should not be lowered.

Had a lovely time here last month and the store was well stocked. Managed to find everything very easily and it was all reasonably priced. I was served by a very friendly person called Josephine who managed to brighten my day. Thank you xx

Quality clothing at VERY reasonable prices. Some ridiculously massive bargains to be snapped up. I bagged a pair of suede uggalikes for £4!Friendly staff, nice changing rooms, favourite store at The Quays.

Everything is far cheaper than the high street stores.Very cheerful staff.The aisles are a little narrow but that's to pack in all the stuff on offer.Plenty of bargains that you need to buy when you see them; they won’t be there when next you visit.Parking is easy in the adjacent multi storey.
