Liz is very friendly & welcoming, as I’ve not had a warm stone massage before Liz explained everything & put me at ease. It was a great experience, it helped with my very stiff shoulders & neck, very relaxing. Now feel a lot less stiff. I shall be back.

I've seen Liz for myself and also taken my children to see her for craniosacral therapy and she really does have magic hands :) She is lovely and kind and her treatments definitely helped their sleep. I also was treated to a New Mum pamper package after my first child and that was a delight!

I was struggling with a frozen shoulder but due to a breast cancer diagnosis I couldn’t go for a massage. A recommendation led to me seeing Liz for a Cranialsacreal session. These sessions have been so much more than just treating my shoulder. Liz has supported me through my cancer treatment from diagnosis, through my operations including a mastectomy and my recovery. In fact I can’t see my weekly sessions ending anytime soon as the holistic benefits are amazing. Liz is knowledgable, kind and you always receive a warm welcome.

Following a traumatic accident last year, Liz has been a fundamental part of my healing, both physically and mentally. I now have Craniosacral therapy every month, I feel like my brain has been spring cleaned and I’ve been rebooted. Liz is lovely and puts you at ease. Cant recommend this treatment enough.

Liz came highly recommended to me. My newborn daughter just three weeks old was suffering with bad tummy pains, and discomfort and an inability to pass stools regularly! We contacted Liz and within a day she had made space to accomodate us to try cranial sacral therapy. Since having just one session we have a much more settled baby who is now able to pass stools much more comfortably and we have a much happier and more relaxed baby!! I would highly recommend her treatment to any mothers who’s babies are unsettled with colic/constipation or any other ailments!! Thanks Liz!

Liz has magic hands. We have used craniosacral therapy with our little girl to treat both her colic as a young baby and sleepless nights as an 8/9 month old. Charlotte went from waking 5/6 times a night to waking once! It’s been an unbelievable change and has made such a difference to our family. We are so lucky to have found Liz.

I have been going to see Liz for years now. I always have special waxing for my private areas, amongst other treatments. She is very knowledgeable and patient, always allows you to mentally prepare for the next step, is passionate, and always calming and tries to make this particular treatment as much enjoyable as much it could be done. I don't trust anyone more when it comes to this particular part of my delicate anatomy to wax. Thank you, Liz ❤️

I have been seeing liz for over 2 months and it's been the best thing I've done. My reflexology appointment is the one thing I look forward to every week. Liz has been helping with fertility but also for a frozen shoulder. The pain has reduced and the movement is improving. I have been advised I may need surgery to the shoulder but I am confident with Liz's help this will not be needed. Liz is very professional and the treatment room is clean, welcoming and comfortable.
