Great experience, very professional and friendly. The price is reasonable. Getting there early helps as it is a first come, first serve,no appointment place.

First of all, this is the only hairdressers that give me a haircut I like and can do what I ask for. They're also incredibly cheap in comparison to other places (for a short haircut). However, the staff can be a bit rough with your hair and scalp, and usually leave me feeling a bit raw + manhandled lol.There was a long wait for a walk-in last time I went, but appointments are usually easy enough to get if you aren't willing to wait. There was another customer vaping in the waiting area, though staff may not have noticed this.

If this review had a no star I’d give it!! Sitting waiting for 45 minutes and ended up walking out! 4 hairdressers and fair enough they looked busy when I walked in but 15 minutes into waiting one by one the hairdressers was leaving to go out back for a smoke (I’m guessing) still sitting there a half an hour later and no hairdressers to see me. Absolute joke, won’t be back!! Then again I did go at the wrong time……. 3.15 when they are nearly ready to finish and can’t be bothered to do anyone’s hair!!!!

Just called at 5 pm to be rudely turned away because they close at 6 . No one there and no one waiting just said we need to clean up . Who manages this place ?

I had my hair done here for the first time, cut colour and blowdry l and recommended it to my mum. When she visited the salon they refused to offer her the same service. Said she needed a patch test. This was not requested of me. She then visited a different branch of the same salon and they happily dyed her hair. The staff at the Lisburn road salon were rude, inattentive and made my mum feel extremely unwelcome to the point she had leave even though they agreed to cut her hair they left her sitting when nobody was in the salon. Disgraceful service and extremely impolite, unwelcoming staff.

Paid £60 for balayage , she put highlights all over which ended up being 2 tone ginger. Had to go to another salon and pay £80 for them to fix it. Worst hair salon i have ever been to. Advise anyone to pay the extra money and go somewhere more professional! They don't care if they ruin your hair!

I haven’t lived in belfast for 11 years but every time I visit home I get my hair done at blow dry bar (used to be ormo rd but now finaghy crossroads). The cut and colour is always impeccable and the prices are so reasonable for the standard of hair care. Aaron at finaghy crossroads is a wizard with colouring. Thank you!!

I have tried this branch twice, they advertise as no appointment necessary. I arrived several hours before their advertised closing time. On both occasions the salon appeared quiet with no queue. Each time I was rudely dismissed and told not today". I will not make a third attempt to spend my money in this establishment. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If I could leave this review with zero stars I would."
