Driver of coach sb19gku cut me up on a92 at balfarg junction near glenrothes then proceeded to drive erratically at following 2 roundabouts, not keeping to his proper lane. If that's the standard of your drivers, them maybe they need more training to improve

I have been on two tours with Lothian Motorcoaches and they are my only tour company in Edinburgh that I would go with. Scott our tour guide on both occasions was such a great guide. So funny, engaging and remembered exactly who I was on the second Tour. Paul and Brian our bus drivers also helped create a 5 star experience. I highly recommend this company as their customer service, coaches and fun tours are truly 5 star service.

Hired for family day trip to scatter mum’s ashes. Several pick ups and stops all day. Driver Colin Russell was fantastic with all our plan changes! Coach was spotless. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you

This was a lifelong dream to visit Scotland. We were not able to have a tour guide with us due to staff shortages (a world issue, post pandemic), but we had a wonderful drive through many scenic places across Scotland and the Isle of Skye. Our skilled driver, Bobby, made extra little stops for us as well, to stretch our legs and take photos. The coach we rode in was very comfortable and roomy.

Booked 3 seats for the Westlife concert on Tuesday 28 May. Our driver Graham was there with his big smiley face to welcome us . It was a great trip there and back and would recommend it to everyone. It saves all the hassle of getting there by train/car and parking somewhere. Brilliant idea for going to concerts. Big thumbs up to our driver Graham, he was very friendly and courteous to everyone. Five star service-I could not recommend Lothian Motor Coaches enough. From start to finish they were incredible. From quick replies, to reasonable prices, to lovely service there was not one negative part. Our driver Kevin was amazing, so kind, patient, warm and truly was so accommodating the entire trip. Any breaks we needed or stops offs he allowed and did so with a smile, he was so lovely. He was prompt for both pick up and drop off, just so professional. I just want to say a massive thank you to him and everyone at Lothian Motor Coaches for your impeccable customer service. 100% will use in the future what a difference it made being taken from A to B by a coach in comfort. Certainly was appreciated when we were all hungover on the Sunday! Thank you Kevin and Lothian motor coaches for everything:)! X

We booked one of the vintage routemasters for our wedding a few months ago to take the guests from the church to the venue on a mini-tour of Edinburgh. We had poor communication from them before the wedding but had been assured everything we wanted was viable in the time we had rented the bus. However, we were given no additional contact details for them or the driver to inform them of any last minute changes which meant we couldn't confirm any final details in the few days running up to the wedding since the office was apparently closed. We had asked to do two mini-tours of Edinburgh as it was going to take two bus loads to get all our guests from church to venue. At no point did anyone say this was unrealistic in the time we booked the bus or we could have easily hired it for longer/rearranged our other timings accordingly. We did run slightly late on the day and the driver was incredibly grumpy about this threatening to drive off at one point which did not leave a good impression. The vintage routemaster is also advertised as coming with a uniformed guide as well as a driver. Needless to say it didn't so there was no-one to give the tour we had planned - although since we had a suspicion this might happen we already had arranged for a family friend to give the tour - but since the bus didn't even come with a microphone this proved impossible meaning our guests didn't really get the experience we had planned. Lothian motorcoaches were the only element of our wedding day that wasn't brilliant and I definitely wouldn't recommend using them as part of a wedding. This is best summed up by half our guests having to walk between our church and the venue as the bus driver only agreed to do one trip - we were just lucky the weather was beautiful so this wasn't a disaster.

Wow! Just wow!!! Honestly, it was one of the best tours I have ever done! I would highly recommend to everyone! We did Loch Ness, Glencoe & The Highlands tour with a great and funny tour guide Scott. Scott is such an example of someone who loves what he does. He has a gift of story telling and knows how to make people excited, curious and happy! You would be lucky to have him as your tour guide! It was the first time for me in Scotland and I am very happy that we could make this tour where we saw these amazing places in the highlands. Such a beautiful country with nice and friendly people!!! Definitely, it's not going to be the last visit!!!

I took Lothian's coach tour to Loch Lomond and Stirling Castle today, and it was wonderful! Our driver was great, and Gwen, our guide, was so knowledgable about everything, and she was funny too. The whole experience was a great way to spend the day as a golf widow. I saw and learned so much!

Great guide and driver. I booked the Loch Lomond, the Trossachs & Doune Castle tour. Our guide Johnnie was very professional and funny, sharing lots of stories and historical facts.He knew about every single detail and took care of us with small treats!Joe, the driver, was also very nice and good at the road. He was just driving but always with a smile willing to help.I would definitely take another tour with them so thank you so much for the great experience!
