Ordered my food only to find one off the gravy pots was missing again and Ordered a beef kofta kebab and got cut up burgers instead.

Order from here the first couple times was grate then went down hill my chips were not even cooked properly my chicken was nasty so I thought to give them another change same chicken horrible and chips were definitely re cooked if you don't want food poisoning Order somewhere else!

Been getting food from this place for a long time now - never been let down. GOOD meal deals and options. Prices are pretty good for what you get and they are generous on chips most of the time. Never sat in to eat also bought home - still hot and tasty. Not the best quality chicken but what can you expect from a fast food fried chicken place? It's not Gordon Ramsays! Always recommend this place to people looking for a quick bite. Shame it doesn't open till later in the day; it's always busy in there/on the phone! 5 star place in my eyes.

1 star for the guy taking my order, 1 star for the delivery guy. Otherwise there wouldn't be any rating. Their receipt clearly showed 9 items and we got 1 less. The staff should spent less time chatting away and more time concentrating on getting all the order ready for delivery.

Wish I could give no stars.TERRIBLE!!!!! Only thing that was okay was the Rio drinkChicken was so dry was like eating cardboard even though the guy told me they’d just been cooked.The burger weren’t great either as was not cooked properly so yeah there’s that and the chips was refried in old oil and was soggy and tasteless

Having ordered from here a few times, the food was great.So we ordered our usual and was massively disappointed when it arrived.The chips were normally nice and crispy.The chips that arrived were soggy, oily and stale, like they've been sat under a heat lamp.After phoning and complaining, they sent fresh" chips.... Which were again... Soggy and stale like. So sent the driver back with the chips.Won't be using them again unfortunately."

VILE place, DO NOT ORDER! I've just thrown my order in the bin!! Brown lettuce and slime tomatoes on the burger and chips so greasy they are wet and soggy and so is the box!!! Waited almost an hour too! What a complete waste of money!!

I ordered couple times and always something wrong and after delivery still got time to answer the phone no answer I buy last time ther because 3time miss something and never give back nothing after misstake I spend more the 20f for food for I never get

If the chicken is cooked fresh it's really tasty but unfortunately the last couple of times I've been it has been extremely dry!! The fries for me are better than McDonald's!! It's a shame about the chicken they just cook a bunch of it and leave it under the hot lights!!
