Really welcoming place to visit to practice yoga. Steve has great knowledge & puts the classes over really well. Would recommend a visit.

Stephen Evered Yoga
Excellent classes. Range of different types of yoga including stretching and beginners classes. All end with meditation session. I sleep better and am more flexible. Fantastic knowledge of the muscles you are using and how to use the muscles to go deeper into the posture.
