Came on a Sunday to view a specific model. Personally I found the agent honest, polite with no pressure expectations. It is a small wgatxappears to be independent. We bought from them because of this.

Very happy with the car I purchased 3 months ago. A small problem showed up after 3 weeks which was rectified on the same day. Friendly and professional service overall and I would recommend them

I will never buy a car from here again. Completely ripped off and would not fix the leak coming into the car in the passenger foot well and only noticing upon a rainy day in the summer, hense their 3 month warranty 'ran out' which again is a joke as they are liable for repairs within 6 months under the consumer rights act 2015 (this can be checked with the AA service provider they are working with also and also spoke to ford garage who kindly helped with the ombudsman) - dont be fooled by their rubbish!Car went back 3 times for different repairs, including bodged head gasket and car over heating and was left hugely out of pocket having no car to get to work and children to school for weeks on end. Staff are very rude and unhelpful and end up being told they did their best to try fix it but basically they couldn't so its now left to me to fit the bill.The car now is soaked in foot well and fuse box which has left unsafe electrics and full of black mould. And still not fixed as I will need to take it to a body work specialist.Completely ripped off. Do not buy from this garage.

I have had 2 cars. The first one was great which I had 10 years. Now I have a white Ford . The people areSo polite and helpful. If any thing goes wrong with the car they do it straight away. Have never had any turn ways. They are so helpful. I do recommend them to others.

I would never recommend this place, the owner was rude and arrogant. I bought a car from him, he told me it was road worthy and checked. upon later inspection from my local garage it turned out it wasn't road worthy and had a dodgy mot! I drove the car away with my newborn baby in the car, when I later asked to return the car he refused! Also telling me he never said the car was road worthy! I had to contact trading standards for him to actually give me a refund! complete con artist and couldn't get me off the forecourt quick enough once the car was returned. probably in fear id tell perspective buyers not to buy from him. If I could give 0 stars I would! Awful customer service

I bought a citron a few months back and the car was exactly as as described. Brilliant car and I've not had any issues or corners. The customer service was also great and professional. Definitely will be coming back!

EDITED RESPONSE:First of all, you’ve never checked the mileage with me before making tear and wear assumption. Secondly, we are in the middle of pandemic with nowhere to go, so on that basis if you sell cars that start failing after doing 100 miles in two months then it’s more about quality of your vehicles. Also, you are not clear about the warranty. On all your ads it’s says “3 months warranty”. That is misleading for you then to suggest that it’s actually restricted. When I rang you today you didn’t want to listen what I had to say you very dismissive and kept repeating this 3 months warranty on gear box and engine nonsense which in fact is an absolute joke. How often do those things fail on modern cars. And in the end you actually laughed so what does say about your professional attitude. Anyway, I now know I’m not going to get anywhere and have to cover all repair costs myself but I want people to be aware and not make the same mistakes, so please avoid.Absolutely would not recommend.Got a car two months ago, there are now issues with it. Rang and was told that only gear box and engine covered by so cold “warranty”. Even though on the day, that I very clear remember, the guy said any problems at all with the car just call as you have this three month warranty. Now, as expected, I hear “oh, well but you signed this piece of paper where in a small print it says that only gearbox and the engine are covered”. I do admit I should’ve paid more attention nevertheless there’s no honestly or trust from the dealer.

Very over priced cars. I'd recommend reading some of the reviews and checking on auto trader before buying here.
