No real structure, worst service you can experience… Going round in circles seems like no one wants to do their part and complete a job.

Tall Indian receptionist rude and racist...

Staff gossip more than doing their job. They don't know their job so you Google it and tell them their job and they don't like it. They lie they cheat and nothing is confidential.They just pretend they are doing something and because their managers don't know their job responsibilities and proves more incompetent than the staff there. Then all the staff get away with it.

These have left me in a flat 4 or 5 times now in a flat thar flooded and I've just got over new moanier and keep feeling ill and they still haven't done nothing and I'm open to viral infections cus I've only got one lung and asthmatic too and they just left me here to rot and ruin all my stuff so I'm sue in them
