What a great team of people and a great product range. We placed our deposit for our dream Hot Springs hot tub months ago but unfortunately circumstances on our side made us delay our delivery. Both John and Dan understood and waited patiently for us to get things in order ( house sale). As soon as we where ready the hot tub was delivered quickly and carefully. Instructions given and John made sure we understood our new purchase before leaving. After sales have been good too, providing advice and feedback when requested. We have had our Hot Springs Spa installed recently.Despite the challenging access John and his “gang” did a marvellous job.Professionally delivered,lifted up into sky high above the house with a massive crane and neatly installed by Dave and his Team.All done within a couple of hours!Excellent support all around the process.Very happy with the Spa- gives extra bundle of joy during these difficult times.Defenitely the best investment over the last few years.Highly recommended if you are looking for something special in your precious Life!

i recently purchased a hot tub for my wife from Northern Spas.we visited John at one of his showrooms in Dobbies Southport, from the off he made us comfortable about purchasing from Northern Spas and his knowledge of his products was very good. the purchase was flawless and the installation smooth and trouble free. the 2 engineers sent were extremely knowledgeable and gave good advice about the operation and maintenance of the hot tub. i would not hesitate to recommend anyone wanting to buy a hot tub to this company . they are good people to deal with .

I highly recommend Northern Spas if you're looking for a hot tub. After being messed about by another well known company we approached Northen Spas. The team are amazing from the start and are so knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery went very smoothly and thanks to the tips they gave us, looking after our tub has been so easy. We did have a small issue with one of the speakers but John was straight round to fix it!! We brought the Hot Spot Relay and we absolutely love it!!! Brilliant from start to finish. Never tried to sell us a hot tub, tried to determine why we wanted one and then offered us recommendations. Provided us with contacts for electrician and someone to help with base for tub. John did site visit to check it would fit through gate (he lives in the village)!Installation went smoothly and instructions on how to use tub clear, they also made us comfortable enough that we could contact them with any queries if necessary.Follow up call to check everything was OK a month later and we were able to discuss a few queries regard the chemical routine.Wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them and their showroom is really nice.

We'd dreamed of owning a hot tub since having use of one on holiday a few years back. We chanced across Northern Spa's when visiting Dobbies Garden Centre in Southport and chatted to John who gave us some great advice without any 'hard sell'. We chose the Hot Spot Propel model with bluetooth speakers, which was professionally installed by his team, communication was great throughout the whole time and since. It's been with us for about 3 months now and we are still absolutely thrilled with it! I was initially worried about the maintenance etc but it's actually pretty easy to manage and Northern Spa's supply all the kit you need to do it, in fact much of it came as part of the package. We've been back a couple of times since for advice and the team are only too happy to help.

Tub arrived last week as planned straight forward no dramas and the guys who installed were very friendly and helpful. used the tub a few times now and we are really grateful john and his team had the patience with us to make sure we purchased the tub that was right for us. We went for the limelight as the 5 year warranty we thought was awesome plus it looks great. After sitting in dry tubs at other dealers it was great to have a test soak which wasn't a problem and straight away we could see the quality in the hot springs at northern spa's. Tubs are first class quality i did plenty of my own research and spoke to independent tub servicing agents and they all spoke very highly of the brand. I'd definitely recommend John at Northern spa's in fact a friend of ours has been and purchased one already, again he got a great deal.Aftersales has been great I just needed some help with the levels of chlorine etc and they were at the end of the phone to give me some friendly advice...

I can t recommend Northern Spa highly enough. Excellent customer service from start to finish. The hot tub is fantastic and nothing was to much trouble for the lads when delivering even in what I thought was difficult access conditions.John came out assessed the situation and planned what was needed in order to deliver deliver the spa, he was very friendly, really helpful and very professional. John even agreed to store the hot tub until we were ready for delivery.The hot tub was delivered on time by the team who were very down to earth and helpful and nothing was to much trouble for them. Dan in the office was very knowledgable and gave us really good information about the different spas and let us make our mind up without any pressure.I would like to say a really big thank you to John Dan and all of the delivery team.As I said I would highly recommend this company and I will certainly use them again it is hard to get such good service and communication. 5 star.
