Phoned up to make an appointment, left a message asked for a call back to confirm. No call back.Visited the site to make an appointment but Lisa wasn't in so i left my name and mobile number No call received.Visited the site again to make an appointment spoke to Lisa No appointments available until November but would have her colleague phone to see if she could make an appointment, No call back!!! Subsequently No appointment. Very poor customer service with very little interest. I must say really disappointed I like to shop local and help the local economy but not in this case.
