Went for carvery. Food was Luke warm. Service wasn't good and found drinks expensive. A mug of tea £2.55. That's the most I have paid for a mug of tea. My j20 was cheaper. Asked to speak to someone several times and nobody bothered. Will not be going again.

No fancy menu...just nice basic pub grub. Worth the wait as food was freshly cooked and piping hot. Chips were home made too. Premises inside lovely and clean, staff friendly, and dogs allowed in bar area. The new owners are really trying hard and once the better weather arrives and they can spruce up the outside to give it more 'kerb appeal , hopefully it will go from strength to strength. We will be visiting again and wish them every success.
