Alex and his team upon arrival were friendly, highly skilled and efficient when hardwiring and installing my parent’s Ring doorbell. The work was neat and tidy. Alex even helped my Dad add the Ring app to his phone and set it up. The aftercare was even better with Alex responding back to my texts and calls when the doorbell kept cutting out unlike other electricians. He came out 3 times to check my parent’s doorbell without any extra charges being incurred. The second time, Alex and his colleague tested all the installed wiring and found that the Ring doorbell was faulty and was hindering the electrical power from charging the battery; which caused the doorbell to cut out, lose connection and stop working intermittently. They even took videos that I could show to Ring demonstrating its fault on their multimeter. After complaining to Ring, I was sent a new doorbell. On the third visit Alex came to reinstall the new one without any hassle. I highly recommend Alex and the team from Kojo Electrics Ltd their work and customer care was outstanding. I have already told all my friends and family to use them. I will also continue to use them for any future electrical work.
