Rugby Heaven Queens Arcade
In Cardiff today to buy some running trainers, because of health issues I have specific requirements. I tried a few stores and received mumbled, can't be bothered service until I reached Rugby Heaven, they couldn't be helpful enough and even though they have less trainers to choose from than other stores what they do have is excellent. I was presented with some options in my size finding one of them perfect and exactly what I needed.I wouldn't hesitate shopping here or advising friends to do so.

I dread buying shoes and boots for my son, it's usually a nightmare. But we went to Rugby Heaven yesterday and it was completely straightforward and stress free. Helpful staff, good selection of rugby boots and great prices. Would highly recommend!

Large rugby union shop with a large sale section, as well as the latest shirts from international teams, Premiership in England, Super Rugby, and Pro 14. Lots of shirts for kids. Could perhaps stock more women's shirts. Friendly, helpful staff. Well worth a visit if you are in town for a game.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, from the owner James Evans, i returned one of the new 2019 World Cup rugby tops because the stitching was coming away at the armpit, I bought it last Saturday and had only worn it once, they even admitted it was clearly faulty but they still tried to fob me off with their own returns Policy and not the Law on faulty goods. Will never shop there again and I strongly suggest you purchase from Sports Direct instead.
