Johnny did an amazing job on fixing my alloy to ready my car for sale. He also came back after we found out that BMW had misplaced my locking wheel nut and we couldn’t get a suitable replacement the same day! Great price and great service! Will use again if I ever need a service they provide!

This used to be a good and reliable service centre but I think ownership exchanged hands and I must say it has been a disappointing experience. The person in charge (Terri or Terry) does not seem to want to respond to emails requesting a quote. I sent numerous emails and made multiple phone calls but it has been nothing short of frustrating and to add to it the devil may care attitude and tone of the person in question has made it difficult for me to trust this business.

The team are lovely! I had curbed my beautiful black Mini Cooper wheels and from start to finish everyone I spoke to was helpful and kind and informative! I had to move my appointment twice and Josh over email was super helpful and accommodating. When I dropped my car off it was buzzy and relaxed and everyone was really friendly. My wheels look like new so I am super happy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team here and would use them in future (hopefully I won’t need to, in a nice way!) Thank you team!

Firstly, customer service was unbeatable. Terri, specifically was very welcoming and friendly. Quality of repair was beyond my expectations. The repaint was a 100% colour match, indistinguishable. Value for money, while there is cheaper and maybe at a good standard, this is the place to go for the best reliable quality, without a doubt. If unfortunately I ever need a repair again, they’ll be my first choice.

Hit a pothole which bent my alloy wheel. Contacted ESR by email - prompt response - called the next morning and got a next day appointment. Wheel was repaired and refurbished to brand new condition. Great service, great communication and all completed bang on time. Definitely recommend and will have no hesitation to used them again. Many thanks for the great service provided.

I cannot recommend this company enough! I had a big scuff across the front of my car which broke my heart as otherwise it is perfect. I contacted essex smart repairs and they were incredibly helpful from start to finish and got me booked in very quickly. Jack came to do the repair and not only was he a lovely person and very happy to help, but he did an immaculate job and I was astounded with how it looks brand new again! So so happy with the outcome and the pricing, will definitely be returning again :)
