Good attention to detail, get to know what the customer likes, the other day wasn’t too happy with my toes but lady in charge did them again for me as she could see I wasn’t happy. Thank you. Now a loyal customer.

This is my go to place whenever I get my nails done! Offers manicures and pedicures (acrylic and shellac, also dipping powders). Huge variety of colour options, and staff are also happy to do designs that people have found online (E.g. I once got Minnie Mouse themed nails for a trip to Disneyland)Only negative is that it’s cash only but not the end of the world, there’s a cash machine very close by if need be. Can get quite busy at times even on weekdays, a good sign that it’s so popular!

Booked for a pedicure with gel and a full set of acrylics on my fingers.People seemed pleasant but the whole experience was stressful.I wasn’t seen at my booking time, was left waiting at every stage & staff members kept leaving me to work on other clients.I was told I couldn’t have my nails as short as I wanted and the final acrylics were very thick & unnatural.In total I was there for more than two hours!! I estimate it would’ve been half that time if one person had concentrated on my treatments and not kept leaving me.Unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Love this place! They do a solid job :) one of the best I've been to! In my experience a good price and nails stay on! The nail techs are lovely and friendly and I haven't wanted to go anywhere else since they arrived on my high Street! Five star review for Five Star Nails!

Very efficient, but they speak more to each other than customers which I found slightly annoying. Very pleased with nails.

Nails were ok but this place is run terribly. They take in more clients than they can handle resulting in people waiting around and being left half finished.After asking why they don't take card or have any signage to explain this, I agreed to pay by bank transfer. The people I encountered were very unpleasant and slammed the door behind me after I left!

I've had acrylic nails applied a few times over the last year. I always get left mid application so staff work on other clients. The electronic drill has caused me pain and bleeding. The use of the electrical drill has also caused damage to 3 of my nails.A professional manicurist has diagnosed the problem. 2 of my nails could potentially come off.tgid is distressing..will report experience further as not happy.be aware

I have just had a very pleasant experience having my very first SNS nails + tips. The salon was very clean and I was made very welcome and comfortable. I was impressed with the attention and care taken in preparing my nails. I was offered a free chair massage which sadly I couldn’t stay for, but I will definitely consider next time and have a pedicure as well…Thank you - a lovely couple who run this business.
