Received fish diseased with Ich, I wasn’t trying to make a fuss, I just wanted the replacements. Fish alone aren’t expensive, but adding on the delivery, it is. But regardless, it was apparently my fault they were diseased, 4/9 fish died over night. Won’t be using this company again.Edit: still sticking to what I said, this place cannot take responsibility, and have terrible customer service. All I wanted was the replacement (healthy ones) and this wouldn’t of happened. There’s plenty of other suppliers out there, I suggest looking else where :)

I'm disappointed with my first and only experience of this place. I won't be one of those people that throws around a 1-star review, they should be reserved for absolutely awful experiences.I went to the shop recently with the intention of buying a specific item I had seen on their website. When I got there I saw that the shop was empty, and the lady was sat down and free". Unfortunately I was told very abruptly

In my 30 years of keeping fish, this is the worst shop I've ever bought from. I spent a lot of money online and was supplied with the wrong fish that were also diseased. I was given four more fish as a 'Gesture of Goodwill

Had my tank set up for couple of weeks before I purchased fish… brought 2 cat fish and couple of other fish from other tanks in the same shop… woke up next day to my cat fish has died… but the other fish were fine and they still are to this day… rang up and said my cat fish have died only a day after but other fish are fine… got passed to a bloke who was quick to blame my set up and telling how to run it yet someone should be telling him how to run his set up… brought fish from other places and there still fine …. The bloke (joe) seems rude on the phone…. AVOID at all cost!!!!!

Made an appointment for 2pm got there 10 mins early. Man answered door and said he wasn't aware of appointment. Made a call to say his wife was on her way back. Waited until gone 2pm no sign. Totally wasted my time and fuel. Will be looking at civil claim now to recover cost of travel time and fuel. JOKERS

Fish arrived on the wrong day in brownish water and 1 was dead. Sent photos within the hour of them being unboxed. They refused to do anything as I hadn’t taken a video. They also refused to accept the blame for the wrong delivery date agreed on messenger stating that unless I also put it in notes the systems didn’t interact.Would avoid at all costs
