Updated review: So my issue is now sorted. They finally refunded me which is good. My only main criticism is with this site it how hard it is to contact them, It took me 37 phone calls to speak to someone. No voicemail, no queue, no options just endless ringing. I will use them in the future as my worries about them not refunding my dead on arrival gun was sorted.

Customer service is awfulOrdered a pistol it came, faulty out of the box so returned and still waiting on a replacement and they can't give a clear answer on it. First they said they would post a replacement when they received the faulty one back this was a day after it had been delivered to them as i tracked it.They never reply to emails. First and last time I order from them

I’m not too sure about the other reviews but I had a very pleasant experience. I was looking for the Army Armament R28 which I’ve wanted since I first started airsoft 2 years ago. Found it at Bespoke Airsoft for a much better price than anywhere else. Ordered it and received it within 2 days. Brand new, packed well, all in good order. Got through to customer service over the phone who updated me on my order status and shipped my order very promptly. Will definitely come back!

Purchased a M249 box magazine from them, which lasted a total of 4 hours on the field before seizing up.Emailed them, finally receiving a response after several days. Posted the faulty item to them, at my expense and requested a refund. That was 5 days ago.I am yet to receive a confirmation that the item was received, although the post confirms delivery.The phone just rings with no response.Will likely take them to small claims court at this rate.Please avoid this place. The customer service does not exist. They simply don't care.

Tim was exceptionally helpful with advice and gave us lot's of extra knowledge for future use / upgrades, would highly recommend buying from here. Great quality, very reasonably priced, will definitely be using as our go to place for future purchases.

Hey everyonePlease avoid this website, as they won't replay to your emails, answer calls or provide any update to your orders. I've ordered a item 2 weeks ago and they haven't provided anything to follow up on. I've also checked on the site as well incase it was like a pre order. However it isn't, the item is stated in stock

Honestly Not impressed.Ive used bespoke twice before this and never had a problem with it but this time was awful.I purchased a Replica on Friday at 12, and didnt recieve a confirmation email until the following monday ONLY after i called them up to ask about the status of my order. Following that they then asked me if it was okay to two tone my Replica (why wasnt that done when i first bought it i will never know)I was then given my tracking number with parcelforce and after a day of waiting i hadnt even revieved that they had got it, which they normally do same day.After once again calling them up and asking about the status of my order, it hadn't even been dispatched yet even though it was two toned, and instead they sent it off with UPS instead.Coms on guys, Really been let down this time.
