Makes a mockery of the Veterinarian’s Oath, maybe they subscribe to Hypocritical Oath? Refused to see my sister’s cat because of data protection, suggested I refer back to the vet she got chipped with (despite being 20 miles away) as they have a duty of care. Was dealt with by a very unsympathetic, curt and pompous woman. Very disappointed with my experience.

Fantastic caring practice. Great staffOur Norman received the best care throughout his life starting as a rescue dog until he sadly passed away yesterday with love, care and dignity with his favourite vet, Marta. I'm sure his lively personality will be missed, even in the vets whilst causing chaos destroying the reception counter.

First time visiting this practice after over 7 years at Blacks Sedgley. The staff and vet were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of changing your vetinary practice.

My Dog Walter was very poorly and sadly I lost him this week. Katherine and Marta were so very kind to walter and myself along with Louise on reception.I will always hold a fond memory to the kindness we were shown during that very sad week. Thank you all.
