Shaun is very knowledgeable and professional and met with us to ask about out requirements and talked us through the various options. We felt confident, with his guidance that we had chosen the best products for our needs. We now have a hot tub and swim spa in our garden, both of which we are delighted with. All members of the team are professional, courteous and dedicated to providing excellent customer service and a quality product. Ben and Connor undertook most of the groundworks, along with Sam and Matt, and they are a real credit to the company, nothing is too much trouble and they're a real pleasure to have around. The excellent customer service continues into the showroom - so all bases are covered! We would recommend Newson Swimming Pools without hesitation.

I am aware of 2 prestige indoor swimming pools this company has built in the last couple of years. Both leak unfortunately. Initially the company seems good as the owner is a good salesman. However management and execution of the project fell way short of expectations.

Contacted Newsons for a broken bypass valve repair. 2 previous companies tried and failed. However Sam from Newsons arrived on time, totally polite and professional. He managed to repair the valve and after completing a water check on his amazing electronic machine he left with a fully functioning hot tub AND gave me some tips on how to look after my water balance. First class customer service and very good value for money.Totally reccomend and they have gained a new customer.

We have continually tried to contact Shaun to get our project off the ground but he does not return calls or even give a quote after months of waiting. We certainly would not recommend using them and are now going elsewhere.
