Tichborne is a great little studio in the heart of Brighton. It's not huge, but it's well equipped and Lawrence is super helpful. Charges are very reasonable too.There's no tea/coffee point but there are plenty of coffee shops nearby. Great venue for portraits, fashion and product photography. If you've got more than 2-3 people, you might want somewhere bigger :)
