Ordered a indoor heater at half 12pm and got it the same day before 4pm. The website said it would take 3 working days so I was surprised to see it when I got home from work. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a gas cylinder online and expected delivery within 3 days but it was out to me in a matter of hours. Great service - so fast and efficient and the lovely driver even connected it up for me! Highly recommend.

I bought a high end Broil King BBQ from this company today and their overall customer service was quite excellent. James (the owner) was very helpful and they delivered, set-up and demonstrated the BBQ just as promised, even ringing to let me know they were running 10 minutes late! That wasn't an issue, but I really appreciated their call as it shows they actually care about your custom. Overall, I would highly recommend Sloans to buy your next Gas Cooker, BBQ or accessories from.....they will exceed your expectations.Thank you guys for the excellent service.

Excellent customer service. Ordered the Provence heater at 10am and it was delivered by lunch time the same day. They were happy to provide help when we were installing the gas cylinder in to the stove. I would recommend Sloans to anyone.

I’ve not been that impressed with some aspects of service over recent years but like to support local family businesses and give them a chance . I recently called with them and arranged a gas fire service for Wednesday PM and rearranged my diary to accommodate. Engineer never showed and never called to explain reasons why. I called them next morning and they offered to reschedule . I declined and won’t be back sadly. This is just a factual and honest review. Am sure there are some positive experiences , evidently .

Next level service from Sloans. I went from listening to a recorded message saying the showroom was currently closed, to an unexpected callback with all the advice I needed, provision of an online purchasing link and delivery within 20 minutes of completing the order. Astonishing. Thank you Sloans.
