Jump Adventure Trampoline Park

We went on a Tuesday evening, staff were polite and helpful, as we arrived at 20 past the hour, staff wouldn't allow us to join the floor until the half hour came up, rather than upon our arrival, although there were only 5 other children were there. We were given another option of joining immediately, but finishing on the hour (45 mins), with food. A tad confusing. One of the apparatus wasn't functioning, and the only toilet available was the 'disabled'. Other than that, the actual trampolining was fun....

Does your child talk non stop? Does your child require constant entertainment? Is your child always asking questions like 'mummy why do they call the planet earth, earth?' 'Why is tarmac hard?' 'why is the sun hot?' All bloody day? Before you consider dosing yourself at regular intervals with gin from a hip flask, stop! Take your child to Jump Adventure for two hours. Two hours at Jump Adventure will exhaust your child into a quiet and compliant state, while you peacefully drink tea in the cafe and contemplate what you're going to do with him tomorrow.

I was on vacation with my family from Los Angeles to UK and we visited Jump Adventure Trampoline Park. When we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Jade Williams, the General Manager of Jump Adventure Trampoline Park was so cooperative and took my kids to watch the training video first. I loved that approach, since my kids were out of town, and they needed to understand the rules there first before they can start having fun. I also loved the party rooms there and all of them were decorated well for a great fun party. We went upstairs, they have a very nice café with a lot of choices for drinks and freshly cooked pizza. My wife loved the flavored water there. If you go next time to this place, I recommend trying that flavored water.Overall, it was an amazing experience, and my entire family loved it. Came for a child's party. No wait as we had fill out the disclaimer before coming. There are terminals onsite to fill it in. Party room is a just separated by a wall, entranceway shared with another party table. Kids only ate and went. Cafe upstairs for adults with a large viewing area and tables. Lots of trampolines with six different 'activities'. Big sponge block pit was the favourite. Lots of staff who are very attentive.

Fab trampoline park for the kids, reasonably priced and the food is of a high standard with a wide selection. Kids have had a fab time here yet again! My daughter had her party here back in February too which was amazing! Well organised and character mascots made it that extra special. Big shout out to Sadie!

buying tickets in advance is so much quicker for customers and staff !! really fun and a good experience for the kids. Staff are nice and many activities to enjoy

I booked the trip for my daughters nursery class for an end of year trip, as they were never going to get one with it being covid times and I thought it was really good value for money. We booked onto the gold package and the kids had an absolute blast. I'll definitely be coming back with my girls again.

Excellent for those who like trampoline parks. Many activities and interactive games. Good cafe but a little expensive. Very, very good for children's birthday parties.
