After having to return to the salon as my cut was so uneven I was treated with disbelief, hostility and rudeness. My hair was proven to be very uneven, one side of the head being significantly shorter than the other, the problem was eventually rectified, without one word of apology or embarrassment for the situation and therefore due to the lack of customer service and satisfaction I will not be returning.

Avoid this salon at all costs if you have thick curly hair. Helen reassured me that she could manage my hair and give me a cut that would hang well. Despite this the cut was the worst cut I’ve ever had. I left the salon looking awful with a puffy pyramid head. I went back a couple of days later to explain that I was dissatisfied with the cut and felt upset. Despite my hair looking hideous Helen was completely dismissive of me and had a very off hand manner.

It was very dirty, none of the scissors or brushes were clean. On top of that the haircut was done very unproffesionaly. I won't będzie going there back anytime soon.

Book online via their website for 10am appt with Helen paid a small fee to confirm booking. I had a confirmation email and arrived to find the salon was shut. No answer on phone either

This is the second time ive got a hair cut here and both times ive been really happy with it.Im also autistic and I struggle with noise and talking. But leigh is really patient and lets me sit somewhere quieter. The young girl who washed my hair was really kind and friendly too.
