Twisty Tails Day Care Nursery In Colindale

Decent nursery and suitable for basic childcare.I was happy my son was in a safe environment and it was not overcrowded like others in the area. It offered an NHS discount which was useful. It's more of a day care rather than a nursery as I don't feel like there was much education for children or interaction with parents. We sometimes got pictures and daily reports with food and nappy changes.The teddy bear picnic was forgotten about by staff and they said they would rearrange but again this was forgotten. Like I said I felt safe leaving my son here but knew he wouldn't be getting anything additional. No special events around Easter or Chinese New year etc. I only received things my son had made when we left the nursery. Would have been nice to have him come home with whatever he made during the week instead of months later.This was for the colindale branch so can't comment for others. We've moved to a nursery closer to our home and my son is much happier and talking lots more.I wouldn't recommend leaving your child here for more than a few months.

My two little girls have went here since they were 6 months old. My eldest is now in the toddler room and her development has progressed so well. She has gained confidence around other children and is much more sociable. My 8 month old is in baby room and has developed her physical skills in such a short period of time.Both go into nursery so happy and have never cried going in, they are excited to go and see their friends. My daughter talks about her friends and teachers which is lovely to hear. The daily updates on EYParent are really useful and help me know how both kids have been throughout the day. It's also great getting to see pictures and videos of activities.Thanks for the Team and all their hard work.

Very much love this nursery.Our daughter went there from when she was 13 month, till 2.4.Staff is very caring, my daughter would miss them.They provide daily reports, weekly reports. Management is really responsive.

Collindale - The nursery and staff are fantastic. I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of my son while he was in the toddlers. The entire team of Twisty Tails deserves special recognition. Highly recommended for Nursery School here in Collindale

Twisty Tails have been amazing with my son over the past 2 years. Staff are always accommodating and understanding. He absolutely loves it there and I will be so sad to see him move on to reception.

My daughter goes to Twisty Tails Nursery for the last two years.Staff are well trained, well behaved, professional, friendly towards parents and children. They respond quickly to parents need and adjust.The nursery itself is an extended semi detached spacious house, which has been well decorated and designed to suit children of all ages.It has several rooms for over 2s, under 2s and babies.Food quality is good and general hygiene in the nursery is to a high standard.In total I think it is one of the best nurseries in NW9 area.My daughter is happy to go there, while in the previous nursery she visited she was sometimes reluctant to go.In general a happy and nice place for children do be.

My eldest son went here a few years ago and we had no hesitation putting our toddler there recently. Its a great environment that not only allows play, but educates children and really prepares them for school. The staff are all well educated in child care, and its organised very well in there thanks to the great managment team. Please keep up the good work and thank you for giving us the peace of mind knowing our kids are safe in your hands.

The staff at Twisty Tails Colindale are great and always cared for my daughter. We've been with them since October 2017 and cannot find them a fault. They show dedication and my daughter is so happy to be there.They create a lovely, fun and warm environment for the children and they are true 'kids' lovers', which in my opinion is one of the most important characteristics for people working in a school setting.

I am very satisfied with the provided care to my little daughter. She started at the nursery when she was just 1 year old, and she showed excellent growth and achievements. She was always happy when we were arriving at the door and she enjoyed every moment. I totally recommend this nursery!

My son`s been attending Twisty Tails nursery for 2 years now. The staff is very friendly and experienced. I am very pleased with his ability of speaking two languages as we are Romanians and we speak only Romanian to him at home. Also he did not speak any English when he first joined the nursery and now he is fluent and very confident.He is well behaved and polite and all this he gained at Twisty Tails.I have no words to say thank you to all the staff at this nursery.
