Rose Clayden Pilates

Rose is such a great Pilates teacher. She explains every movement in detail so you get an understanding of what you need to do to get the maximum benefit from a class. I had terrible neck and shoulder pain before I did Pilates and it’s pretty much disappeared now.

Rose is great. I love her classes and can really feel the improvement in my strength and general health. I was generally weak and unfit when I first joined a class but now feel stronger and fitter.I began doing her ‘parent and teen’ class before the 1st lockdown but my teen isn’t keen on Zoom classes so stopped but I continued. He has been complimented on his body awareness which is certainly due to his time with Rose. We would attend a teen class again in the future if we could make it fit with our week.

I found Pilates during lockdown. Before that my main form of exercise was dance based and yoga. Since working with Rose all aspects of my fitness both mentally and physically have improved. Her knowledge and instruction is concise and informative and her classes are friendly and welcoming.
