Allclear Drainage and Plumbing

Excellent service received from Daniel, immediate response, identified the issues and was very knowledgeable .

Our drainage was blocked so I contacted All Clear Drainage. Daniel, who attended, said he had rodded the blockage behind our boundary using 10m rods but Severn Trent would now need to be called and he was not able to assist me any further. I paid him £145. Severn Trent attended and cleared the blockage within minutes. The operative said Daniel had not been truthful; the blockage was still on our property within a metre of our small manhole and there was no way Daniel could have rodded 10m beyond our boundary. They left a note to confirm this which I sent to Daniel and asked for a refund. Daniel then blocked me on all channels and has not returned my request for a chat. Do not use this company for the following two reasons. 1) they can’t perform basic services and do not tell the truth. 2) the decision to block me shows a total lack of professionalism.

Daniel is both professional and courteous. He has good knowledge of drainage problems and explains everything clearly. He cleared a blockage for us between manholes, conducted a camera search with report and completed the follow up work efficiently. We would recommend him without reservation.

Sad to say that Daniel, once the job is done, does not reply to any messages or further requests. All I asked for was a simple report to forward with my claim to the insurance company. For reasons only known to himself, he has decided to ignore all messages and phone calls from me and the property management company that placed the job with him. It cost me £625 and I'm not even slightly convinced I got value for money: maybe that's why I've been ignored.What's the matter with traders like this who rely on customer satisfaction and need recommendations? Great job at a Primary School - saved us a fortune as Dyno Rod couldn't shift the blockage and we suggesting further exploration -digging out by machine and cameras .. Daniel came over - did a good job to a high standard unclogged the blockage and even dug out another problem a cracked pipe for the builder to repair. Seemed honest & professional, would recommend.
